Skill in the seat has nothing to do with overtaxed driveshafts- which was to say a drop bracket kit doesn’t out wheel anything when it crippled the truck at any given point. So. Sorta has nothing to do with what I was saying.
Plus I wouldn’t believe that unless I saw it.

Hope he doesn't plan on trading it in. $64k but the trade in will be $15k (deductions for big modifications)

Also, I was thinking that with "$25k - $30k" spent, maybe can come up with a cleaner layout than this:

Not that you need to explain yourself to anyone, but thanks for the context. It’s your truck and $$. I hope you enjoy the heck out of it.

PS: I know a way you can responsibly spend another 10k, just head over to the OV tune turbocharger thread. The boost addiction is for real. By far my favorite mod on my second gen, now available on the 3rd gen.

Top 3 things this thread has reminded me.

    1) DB lifts look badass.
    2) Age seldom corresponds with maturity.
    3) It takes a small man to repeatedly critize another’s personal choice.

Really? Seems to me we critique each other’s canvas all the time.

It’s always interesting to me to read “I don’t care what people do to their trucks, not my money”

Well, yeah, you do. At least, about as much as I care, or anyone else cares. That is to say we aren’t losing any sleep over any builds (I hope not).

We all “care” to some extent. Let’s not fucking bullshit ourselves. We care enough about tacomas in general to create an account on a forum and make posts. And people who comment positively on trucks care enough to express their admiration on a clean build. Or drool over a functional build. Or to blast someone’s non functional build. Or wheel choices. You have to take the good with the bad, and there are some poorly thought out builds out there. Some of it is subjective, and some of it is just so outright and obviously absurd it’s cartoonish.

If there is a picture of a Tacoma on Tacoma world, there are going to be accompanying opinions. If a person can’t handle that truth, a person needs to not fucking internet. The “opinions are like assholes” speech is for the weak.

#Pussyculture running rampant these days. You can’t even critique a truck

You’re not critiquing another build, you’re just being mean to make yourself feel bigger. Look at other parts of your life and think about how that’s working for you.

Read through the thread. I Didn’t address this dude until he started bragging about his baller ass drop bracket lift. Which I then was simply critical of the drive lines.

Wait...so if a member here criticizes another build negatively, they are “straight bitches”? Last time I heard that phrase a ho was talking. Weird.

That’s my point, you are not critiquing the build, you are going after “the dude”, which I point out as mean.

A general note, when you attack someone and they’re offended, labeling them as a snowflake does not negate your improper behavior or give you carte blanche to spew anger.
