only thing in my works is taking the front skid off and getting it powdercoated hd black
its weathered and looks off a bit
also working on getting the bed properly n safely removed, abrasive blasting all the old peeling and crusty coating off and replace with a more durable chemically resistant coating, extreme 3x
then figuring out the easiest way to remove all loose n peeling internal frame coating and spray better stuff inside, seal it up good
its a major undertaking and will probably take me several months this summer to complete at a few hours per day

 

Starting with valve clearances and then generally refurbishing.

And yet, the front valve on the exhaust side is way way too tight, and has the thinnest shim available already. So that sucks.
