Regear 3rd Gen

I am located in the Memphis area but can travel 3-4 hours if necessary.. Does anyone know of some good shops in the area to regear a 3rd gen tacoma and install air lockers? Any idea on prices?

 

@Cav_BluTRD had his done in St. Louis. I’m guessing there’s probably somewhere closer though

Mine is great. Went to Axleboy Offroad, no complaints. Easy to communicate with them. They’re family owned and I got texted pictures during the install.

They’re pricing is, about what you normally see from a shop, maybe a bit higher. Doing a front locker. Gears and a compressor runs around 4K. What I like about goin through this shop is that they are more than willing to step up and warranty and deal with any issues you have (you have to buy the parts through them)

Yep. Everything (minus arb compressor and bracket, I had that)

im kind of the same, i am in the DFW area and everything that i read Duggy's garage in Houston does great work and was quoted 4400.00 for just the 4.88 regear.. still looking for someone a bit closer and was curious at the different prices folks are paying to do this.

 

I bought the Nitro Gears myself when they were having 20% a couple weeks ago. Paid $1,250 shipped through the vendor I go with (state48overland).
Getting it regeared next week and was quoted $1,000 completed in Louisiana about 3.5 hrs from DFW. So in total, its gonna cost me $2,250 to regear (Not messing with lockers).
