What does this mean? Sorry for my ignorance.

Also any changes to stock 87 2.0 file so that I should reflash it? Flashed it on the first set of links.

    Thanks!

Reflashed and idling right now. Much better!

sorry I won't get them likely until monday.

    it is an ignition setting.

And for the record, I don't like the stock ignition code at all. The changes we have made so far to the ignition logic is very helpful though.
But I am testing an all new ignition scheme that doesn't switch tables depending on port injectors on or not, and simplifies how knock retard is determined.
That patch will be available in vF Tuner. It's pretty much a requirement for knock based tuning.

Same here. Smooth idle. Will run and top off tank shortly and if all goes well do a afternoon road trip for giggles.

I don't know how to use clear AT and clear LV I just flashed it how I have in the past with instructions from the website.

Also any reason for me to flash it again with the new links? I flashed it this morning on the first set of links.

I definitely noticed something different at cold startup after flashing 2.0 87 with 31-33. Now i guess i know what it is/was. Seemed quieter and less roar when starting up. only started it up once so far, but i noticed a difference for sure.

Also noticed a twitchy idle, but after driving around for about 20+ miles and having it idle a few more times it seems to be good now. will keep an eye on it

@OVTune I had over 60 miles on stock gear 91 31+ and I pulled over to the side of the road because it was still running and shifting bad. Got caught up on the forum and reloaded the new 91 31+, and yes idle is fixed. Also it was not up-shifting into 5th I think, had hard downshifting, shifts from 1 thru 3 were pretty ugly, under high load power was cutting off at 4k Rpms, and it was also misfiring and sputtering. I just pulled over again after another 15 miles and whatever you did seemed to fixed it all. Getting back on the road...

I'm not experiencing any of the problems reported here, I'm wondering if it was only a 91 problem or something. @OVTune was there any changes made to the stock 87 2.0 file?

Okay for future reference for everyone, when you reset AT and LV, it will run a little rough but never this rough.

If anyone has rough issues like that, stop, and flash back to stock / other file and contact us

Lol don't you have to drive around for like 30 miles for the tune to settle? I already did that, don't make me put shoes on again

Shouldn't be an issue on the 87s, they use different base values

I did not have any idle issues. 87 base. Purrs and smooth.
Edit. Flashed on cold, did not reset lv's

Got 87 base flashed and it had a slight stumble on the first fire up, but the engine was completely cold. It's idling now, and I'll take it out once it's idled for about 10mins or so (you do still have to let it idle for a few mins after flashing, right?)
