Why the change to SS3s? IIRC the KC G4s were arguably the best on the market.

Did this sell??????? I'm going back to stock suspension and need all suspension parts!

 

From what I read the pros out perform the G4’s in light output.

I really wish I could see a side by side. But I don’t have that luxury.

The G4s are great performers, but the new SS3s are higher output. I wouldn’t recommend a 6000k fog (white SS3) as lower color temps are better for poor weather but the SS3s are available in selective yellow or 4000k with a lens swap. The recommended G4s are 5000k. The G4’s use a flush mount which will angle the fogs to the sides for wider area coverage on the shoulder than the recessed mounted SS3s. The SS3s run warmer, especially the Pros which will do far better in icing conditions than the highly efficient (cold running) reflector based G4’s.
