Not sure. I've had a few el cheapo guitars over the years, always had problems staying in tune. No fun. Not gonna go nuts, but don't want to go total bargain basement. Gotta be enjoyable.
    Oh, and Electric.

Sweet! I just got back in to trying to learn again. I got a Yamaha acoustic that’s apparently like an old vintage one. I’ve been looking for a new electric myself. Probably going to be getting an epiphone Es 339 here in the next week or two.

Figured out (sorta) the deal with the "wavy" audio.
I transfered the master file from the Tascam. Sounded wavy on the comp. Uploaded it to soundcloud.
Play back is still wavy. Sounds like a compressor is kicking in and cutting the mix.

Copied the master mix to a usb and listened to it in my Jeep. PERFECT!
All stereo left/right sound tits. Could use a bit of bass.
    But its equalized.

So something must be wrong on the comp? I have 5.1. Maybe my speakers are set wrong.

P90 refers to the pickup. The other one has humbuckers. Humbuckers are basically two single coil pickups stacked together to cancel out the hum that a single coil pick up makes.
