I’ve had a lazy Sunday trying to recoup from yesterday

 

I hear you Brother , Just did a 3hr Birthday Brunch with daughter and friends.
I'm full done and broke !

 

I made pork and brisket breakfast tacos for the wife and watched Godzilla (1998).

The garlic butt was especially good with egg whites, diced tomatoes and onion, and a homemade chipotle cilantro crème fraiche

 

Dang that sounds great

 

Sounds Great . I couldn't resist just polished off 7 Pork belly bites after Brunch .

 

Made a bomb buffalo chicken casserole and then ate entirely too much.

Cindy was tired after hanging with the big dog in the shop this afternoon but we had a blast so I made some mango pico pulled pork nachos.
