Well if my axle seals arrive it’s going to be a busy day!
    • investigate the squeaking brakes or maybe it’s a wheel bearing
    • ECGS bushing install
    • New axle seals
    • New CVJ axles
Watched a few YouTube videos and did axles with @MY50cal a few years ago so hopefully I can knock it all out in one go as it’s supposed to rain for the next like 5 days lol

2" PVC piece for the passenger side too. I had a picture in my phone for how deep that one needs to go. I think its 5mm in.

I just saw your Instagram story. Looks like a good amount of work. I have to replace my baring also. I get a hum between 25-40mph. It goes away on a longer drive but still I need to get it replaced.

Yeah, everything was great until I tried to drive. Put it into D and didn’t move. Gave it some gas and I hear / feel grinding.

I jacked up the front and both passenger and driver side won’t spin. Like the spider gear is stuck.

@EatSleepTacos diagnosed it as the bushing being too far in. I’m calling ECGS Monday to see if they have any tips for removal.

maybe I’ll pony up for @HolyHandGrenade front diff and buy a ECGS rear and mail both in as cores lol
