    Yea I know I said I wouldn’t touch my app until Friday but I saw that news and immediately sold all my oil positions. I’ll pick them back up when they go lower

    I don't get it, why is USO not dropping? Are they liquidating the fund?

    This is the same behavior I saw with UWT/DWT before they dropped it entirely

    No, it means nobody can take it, no demand, storage tanks are full. So producers can’t sell it and it costs them money to store it themselves basically

    I feel sorry for them for approximately .4seconds when I remember back to the last recession and oil was almost $200 a barrel for virtually no reason.

    Yep - it's not like human nature's going to be any different, nor have we seen a sudden technology shift away from oil.

    A depressed economy will mean it won't be back at original levels, but it's not going to stay down forever.
