What options do we have for exhaust? Looking to change stock exhaust to something that will better suit the top end for the PowerMax + DI upgrade.

    Matt, what is your recommendation?

Went ahead and purchased a Treadstone TR10C intercooler to be fitted higher up in the grill in front of the radiator to accommodate my winch. Will fabricate some custom brackets and hopeful that minimal modification will be needed to conjoin up to OVT's kit (at least that's my goal).

I'll post some pics in a week or two when I get a chance to get in there & do some cutting/fabricating. Turd Hawg will be working with the Treadstone 1035 which should give others a couple intercooler options for those of us with winches.

Can't wait for this TT kit. I've been following this thread since Sept 2018. Feel like a kid right before Xmas.

Nice, looking forward to seeing which of these two fit, hopefully both.

I ripped out those two plastic side pieces today that I originally cut holes in, that really opens it up in there.

Been following his progress since the start! Order #1823, first batch. Almost missed the boat this time, again.

    Update on casting:

We had to make a modification to our manifold design to meet casting specs.

Other than that all is well and progressing.
Timeline for prototypes will be a little longer though. Still very fast compared to anyone else.

Sent off my dongle yesterday for VF tuner exchange. Is there anything else I should be doing to get ready, besides moving my modifications (dual batteries, whinch) around the engine bay to make room?

I'm assuming the in-tank fuel pump upgrade of the TT kit renders Toyota's fuel pump recall a mute point?

Feel like shipping 25 fuel pumps out ahead of time so we can get that knocked out?

Got in the 90s, fits like a glove. Juuuuust touches the headlight assembly on both sides. It couldn’t be any closer.

I’ll cut out the metal after I get the mounting brackets done and it mounted.

I'm trying to figure out how I could use one to water cool my computer. I probably wouldn't even need a fan. Fitting it in the case may be a problem though.

Nice buddy! Welds look good! Gonna reenforce the tubes so they don't rub a hole?

I can’t claim the welds, the TR1035 comes with the endtanks already welded on.

I was thinking about welding a mount onto the tubing to catch an existing bolt somewhere in between the intercooler and turbo. Don’t know if it’s needed or not but can’t imagine why it’d hurt. Good thought, interested to hear others.
