    All honesty, having just recently worked there, I'm really surprised it was only that much.

    Stock goes up, thats what happens when you have the fed propping everything up including the entire stock market. The free market and fair value pricing of equities is dead right now, hopefully not forever.

    Refinance through Costco - let’s you see rates and points without lenders seeing your contact info. Then pick the best one.

    made my inquiry 12 days ago and I close on my refinance tomorrow

    I do a lot of things through Costco, but never considered that.

    My Broker did me right a few years ago and he's watching the VA market for me.

    Is anyone else hesitant about getting a vaccine for this virus if they become available? I am not anti-vaccine, I get the flu shot every year, recently got the pneumonia vaccine and a tetanus shot, and probably many more. There’s just so much that doesn’t add up about this whole situation.

    Trick is, they're not entirely sure whether or not folks can get re-infected.

    You may not have a choice.

    Not anti vaccine either. My decision would be based on what's going on at the time. Things seem to be getting exponentially more stupid as the days and weeks go on.

    Costco has a few preferred lenders they work with and the experience I am having just confirms the normal Costco awesomeness. Your lender fees are a lot less through Costco as well.

    They offer VA, 30 year, 15 year, 20 year, 5/1, etc.

    I didn't know they offered it until I got frustrated with the local company I was working with taking over 3 weeks without reviewing my application. Found Costco's program and its been awesome.
