Hey guys, coming up on year #6 with my CVT Mt. Shasta, and finally going to upgrade the mattress. The Exped Megamat looks awesome, but probably not going to spend that much and concerned about the dog popping it. Those of you that have added a memory foam topper on 56" wide tents:
Full size or Queen size? I'm thinking queen and maybe have to do a little trimming? Also, add a 2" thick foam on top of existing mattress or get a 4" foam and replace existing? Any advice appreciated!

I have a Mt. Rainier so I can't help with the size, but I added a 2" memory foam topper on top of the original mattress and it works well.

Wanting to add some camp lighting to my roof racks. Thinking the Baja Designs S2. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that people have luck with yellow or red lights not attracting bugs. Can anyone chime in on how effective this is? BD has a 10% off sale through the end of the month.

I have a Pinsu on the cap so I'll just use some of the carriage bolts to slide into the rails.

Looking to rehome a Roam Vagabond XL with annex. (Larger than a king size bed) located in the St Louis area. Shoot me a pm if you’re interested. Picked up last October. I am the only owner. Awesome tent. No issues. Updated cover. Have another thing in the works. Tent is off the truck and secured in my house.

How do you like that canopy? Does it have shelves on the sides? Also, are the wing doors covered up with vinyl?

Sorry for sidetracking this thread, really like the look though.

my BAMF bed rack is 13" above the bedsides. Check with different vendors, or see if theres someone local to you that can make exactly what you want
