I cleaned and roughed up my shitty welds then used a tube of quiksteel to make it look like a pro did it. Then hit it all with 3m undercoating. Lots of wheeling miles later still not leaking.

It's more of a putty but same concept. It's a 2 part epoxy in putty form. Just kneed it together and go to town. It sets pretty fast too. JB Weld makes a similar putty but Blue Magic Quiksteel is better IMO.

The toyota 8" front is plenty strong for 35s and even 37s if you're a light footed driver but if you're gonna put in all the work why not go with something better? It is also narrower than the Taco rear so you're looking at 2" spacers and some other funk

    Stuff. Also things.
Does that JB have any compliance, Ben? Or is it pretty rigid? Are you doing seam sealer over it?

Holy f this thread is giving me terrible ideas. I think the only thing holding me back is the fact that my “garage” is an apartment parking lot...

Better off buying a welder and learning it yourself.

I don't know who tubs fenders, but I know who I'd ask to find out:
Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters. That's who I'd ask and trust his take on it.
I don't think he answers the phones anymore, so maybe email him or something at his business site

That’s who I was thinking I would ask but I wasn’t sure if they did any fabrication type stuff, I guess they did just get a new shop though
