    Also had to relearn that when your open/open and can't just hit buttons you have to pick your line a bit.

    Return to stock and sell, or are you actually going to scrap it?

    It will get sold when all is said and done, but not in CA cause they may not like it's history.

    Looks like the spindles were properly masked. I wish mine had been.

    Just got a rejection letter for the plate from the DMV. Time to write up a persuasive appeal letter on why I feel the state of Texas should allow me to represent them with a plate that says BRWNTRD. Any help would be appreciated.

    @AY_ARONTRD did some good work getting the Switch-Pros SP-9100 mounted up to a Powertrays mount that @Mr.PowerTrays delivered quite quickly.

    Impatiently waiting for an opportunity to head up and get it installed.

    Today was a productive day.
    @AY_ARONTRD got the Switch-Pros SP9100 installed using a Powertrays mount from @Mr.PowerTrays and I mounted the touchpanel in the overhead console using a mount from @MESO IMG_20200426_132850.jpg IMG_20200426_143243.jpg IMG_20200426_143326.jpg IMG_20200426_143336.jpg IMG_20200426_143126.jpg

    The ARB Twin Compressor is finally working, no more stealing air from my friends. Ignore the mess around the battery, that is temporary pending a relocation.

    And I need to start putting on stickers, so far I need one.

    I also got the radio installed, no more Entune. That was a hassle and a half but it seems like it was totally worth it. I'll come back around to that when I finish it. So far it's a Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX, wired using a Maestro idatalink RR and a bunch of other cables. Waiting on some speaker accessories to change out the fronts and the black truck to steal the Sirius Tuner.

    Some of the prep work for the stereo install

    The pile of parts to make it happen

    I bought both available dash kits after reading reviews here, This is the Scosche unit that I ended up using. It has a very similar finish to the stock bezel in my truck and comes with metal mounting brackets.IMG_20200423_155657.jpg
    The stock setup for comparisonIMG_20200423_155849.jpg
    The Metra dash kit. It has a matte finish that is similar to the stock hazard light and airbag indicator panel. It comes with plastic mounting brackets.IMG_20200423_155923.jpg
    Ripped out the trash alarm system that the dealer paid some minimum wage tech to install. They tried to charge me like $1,500 for it. I should have charged them to repair the wiring they tapped into.

    Soldering the idatalink Maestro harness to the radio harness. Massive pain in the ass and @AY_ARONTRD had to help me finish it. But it works great and integrates the steering wheel controls, an OBDII sensor and several other inputs quite nicely.IMG_20200425_205340.jpg

    Bought a rivet gun and installed the @RedlineTuning QuickLIFT PLUS hood struts from the black truck. No more working around a prop rod.
