Do you ahve a good spot to lift your truck with the high lift? Might not need it on your truck if you dont.
Stock jack under the rear axel or LCA. I use my stock jack with a 2" board and it would lift my 285's clear and lift when needed using the frame. I've never needed my high lift for my own truck so far. I have a fancy new jack I'm going to replace it with for trips. I dont care for high lifts the few times I've assisted with others trucks.

Yeah no way I'll be able to do it plus no wiring harness came with them lol. Why they'll sit in my garage forever.

Hmm... maybe I need to stick a board in my truck for when I'm using it. At home I use one of my jacks too. Thanks!

Hmm... No harness that stinks. We could both of could learn from someone or online vids. Most of its common sense. I'll tackle easy stuff like a head unit install or hard stuff like an engine rebuild but frett over custom electrical stuff with no directions.

Ditch lights don't really draw enough to require a relay, so you can get away with a two position switch, power and grounds and a 15A fuse

Gotcha, thanks. I just hate electrical stuff. Hate hate hate it lol. Had an electrical issue on my Vette I use to have. Took me forever to straighten that out.

I had mine mounted before I was ever willing/able to use it. It did look good! You basically need sliders or steel bumpers to use it. For sliders you should use an adapter
I had a 2x6 around so I cut of 2 8" long pcs. Sometimes i'd stack both and lift from the frame but usually just 1. I also tend to lift the front from the ifs skid plate thats plenty low.

It's their constitutional right to protest and wishing harm on them is wrong.

My VPN just went down so now I cant connect to do my office network and work... I also cant just call it a day since I'm not off until 6p and have to be here when it comes back on. Might cause me to spend more money ordering crap online.

Been there in the past. :)

One time our work VPN went down and someone told me they expect us to make up the time. I was a SR Director at the company and I laughed and said ya that’s not how it works. Wasn’t going to happen.

Just got an update, apparently a fiber optic line got cut at the office so the entire company is down! That includes our remote offices in KY and Canada that connect through us.
