I have a Husky box that I’ve had for around 4 years now and it’s been great. Just like new still and it was like $600 when I bought it. Very sturdy, well built, and has all the storage I need. The US general boxes look great too. I don’t have any experience really to compare them but I’m just throwing out my review for the Husky box as I’ve been very happy with it

    Appreciate the feedback and pic!
Ever find yourself wishing it had a particular feature or that it was lacking something?

What can I say I like my Snap On Boxes .I like the 26" ones I can load them on the truck myself .

When I found good deals used I bought them a few came from trade ins from other Tool vendors.

I bet I have not bought one for 12 years or so.

There's a bit more to it, but doing this has been great to use and was so cheap.

Ha! You caught an error. Should be 23/32. If I did it again I might skip this size because it is too obscure. Maybe I put something else there.

The back story - My wrench set was not very complete so I went online to find a list of socket sizes because once done, something like this can't be expanded. Didn't want to miss any sizes.

I hate to admit it, but I'm THAT guy. Errors stand out to me like a sore thumb, even though I make them too lol. It's a disease, really. I like your simple setup.

To be honest, there really hasn’t been anything that I can think of off the top of my head that I wish it had that it doesn’t. Maybe a drawer with a couple million dollars in it but unfortunately it didn’t come with that. There are some really nice boxes out there that I’m sure cost a lot more but this box is great for my needs and I’ve loved it so far. On the side of my full time job which is away from home, I do suspension installs and a good bit of metal fabrication. So the tools that I need it to hold it does very well.

Agreed, they’re not too expensive but they aren’t cheaply made in my opinion. You get a pretty good quality box for the money.

I had a tiny PC before, and I’d totally go the same route again - except this was all free. Most of the main box is free space still, so I’m okay with that. I really don’t use the top space for much besides writing some notes or thumbing a magazine. Most commonly used as a shelf for my wife to put shit on, so I’m just glad it looks more like a workspace now and less of a blanket closet, so she should keep it clean now. :fingerscrossed:

The mini PCs are awesome. The one I had before was maybe 5”x5”x2.5”, it was a game changer with desk space. Ton of storage and was super fast.

My buddy who’s a MAC tool salesman came by and gave this to the kids today. He doesn’t have any kids and is in his 50’s. Very nice of him

Finally got my jack stands off the floor and made use of this awkward corner in my shop. Pretty sure I saw this idea in this thread, but I can’t remember who it was...

    It is!

My former employer did a lot of work on that platform. When I moved on, my colleagues machined that for me and then they all signed it as a going away gift :D
