oh ok, I see what you’re saying now. I misinterpreted. It juuuust touched the headlights, even if it were to rub it would only be 1/10 of the silicone thickness. I’m not putting anything in there, not concerned once it’s mounted solid and not moving.

fair enough. Once I open it back up I’ll see if I can drop the intercooler down another 1/4-1/2”, that’ll get it off the headlight assembly. Thanks for looking out.

 

So to confirm, we're going to need to cut holes to make space for the pipes to head back into the engine bay?

 

I plan to. Curious to hear if OV snuck in there without cutting metal.

I would think with some miscellaneous pieces of tubing you could *probably* get it to go through the same holes.

 

I recommend using edge trim after cutting that hole
