I agree , its very tight but it can be done. Either way has good options to work i am following TurdHawg with the TR1035 i like the way it looks and has better mount option i think.

Both the 1035 and 10C are probably overkill for the base kit, so I'm up for whichever is easiest I suppose

I believe OVT's inlet/outlet tubing is routed through the existing holes just below & inside to the headlight assemblies on either side as seen in the pic so no cutting is required as I recall.

My goal was to keep the OVT tubing routed as designed and match it up with the TR10C intercooler with as little modification as possible. No idea if it will work that way until I get the intercooler and measure.

Cutting a hole through the front engine bay wall would not be difficult either so both options will be an easy DIY project.

I was thinking "oh he's got a cement too" and then I realized I was looking at a picture of my own truck from my winch install lmao

on our setup the piping does go under the head lights and there is no cutting involved.
the hotpipe side on ours has changed from the pictures though. in the pics a 3 inch pipe is used, it's not necessary and fitment is better with 2.5 inch.
this does not sacrifice any power or response.

    Thanks for the info Mat!

Does the return side remain 3" or is it 2.5" on both sides now?

    ^^this^^

Mat, wondering if it's possible to ship out the fuel pumps. Currently my truck bed is off the truck (getting fiberglass bedsides painted) and the topside of the fuel tank is accessible with fuel pump. Would be an opportune time to install the drop in a fuel pump. Happy to pay another deposit.

Not an expert but it can be difficult to get air bubbles out when casting. A simple change in design couple help evacuate the air. I suspect that was the problem.

Mat, is this still an issue? I can't remember if you've mentioned, is an aftermarket Y or exhaust needed?
