Yea, I have one, and your more than welcome to do it all here. I have everything but the axle extraction tool. But I might be buying one. I know when we @twheat40 and @EatSleepTacos and I did mine we used the lanyard and a pry bar. You might want to buy two seals in case we screw one up. Randy was able to reuse mine. We can time it around a full out mod day / swim / grill party. I want to get a bunch of peeps up here. Of course if none of that works I'm also willing to loan it to you. :D

Man. Ya know honestly I don't know if there is a equivalent. They all have flaws. What I used mostly was exmark and scag. But that was largely to the dealers being close and parts. I also like ferris
    But eveymachine has flaws.
What also makes a huge difference is if its a machine only you or family will run vs employees running the hell put of it.

I liked toro a lot also. The toro and exmark were very similar in design. So close it wouldn't surprise me if they're somehow related. Toro has a good reputation for there customer service too. Which is nice.

Another thing to consider. If your cutting a large yard. And it grows fast and or thick. Or your not the best at keeping up on it.
A bigger motor will help keep time down and still allow to go essentially full speed.
