They still in good shape? I've rode in your truck with em on, so I've got an idea of the feel.

Different builds for different things. My truck can't do well what yours can, and vice versa.

Current status of yours btw? Any more good progress? I know you were hit by a few setbacks

Yarr. Maybe a better idea... buy the Foxxx and I'll keep the Toytec. We can all use the Toytecs while I'm rebuilding Foxxx shoxxxxxxxxxx

Nothing I can talk about on TW currently as I am dealing with a company who did some not so great things to the truck recently but we can talk on face place if you want an update <3

    Thoughts? Let's poll this

    1. Keep it simple, and cheap, 5100s and OME coils or HS coils
    2. 6112
    3. Fox Factory series 2.5s, plain jane
    4. Full send Fox or ADS 2.5s with resi and adjusters
    5. Something different? Make a suggestion

I do like blue...but then I'd have to get matching rears. And black/machined aluminum is better

Full send, you can rebuild yourself or keep the 5100s and coils to run for the week or so that it takes someone else to rebuild them for you.

Reason for the refresh is that my 5100s and 885s are tired af and beat like feet, so no real reuse value to me at this point. Also, DD road conditions are a concern of mine for premo coilovers. But damn if they aren't nice, ridden in a few trucks with higher end front shocks.

They’re definitely nice, only thing that sucks is the downtime if you can’t or don’t want to rebuild yourself. Which makes a spare set just to keep your ride height up very handy.

I run a Icon's in the front and kings in the rear, but Fox packs the most tech into a shock for the $$.

If they made a sub $400 set for the front, I'd get em.
I just don't think I'd be happy with Performance series in the front, they look weak af!

    Look for people selling used!!
Rebuilds aren't difficult to do yourself.

I don't have any gas or oil though. That is needed for shocks, right?
And I have searched hard for used shocks, problem is, everyone with 50k+ miles on their $1k shocks thinks they're still worth $900. The shop I thought was local-ish to rebuild, is actually in Jane Lew, WV.
    Fuckin FB marketplace prices lol

    huh.
Yeah rebuilding a set of shocks will still cost $200 for consumables if you also buy a gallon of premium oil, which should be good for a few rebuilds.

I've been in search of some 10" bypasses for a minute, but shipping from the west coast ruins every deal.
