    Thanks for the thought, but I'm still out for this trip. I'm sure my truck will make those forrest roads without any issue. It's just 3 hrs one way before the ride even starts, ride all day, and then 3 hrs back. @TRD Tyler does live a bit closer than I do but still. Camping would make it worth it, but I've got stuff to do on Sunday.

    We saw a ton of good camping spots last time we rode. I'd like a spot with a view if possible, looks like we'd have to get there early if we wanna camp.

    Remember it is still turkey season guys. I don’t know how that district of the TNF is during hunting season, but dispersed camping is not allowed in most districts during season.

    maybe closer to 2. There was bad erosion issues there and people kept riding riding the road which made it worse. Eventually the forest service just closed it.
