    It's a good size. I'd guess 3" fangs to spinnerets. Also my avic struggles to climb the side of the enclosure. Didn't you say yours did that too?

    Yes mine struggled and actually slid down slowly like you'd see in the cartoons.

    Mine was wild caught though according to other forums. Being wild caught and handled and transferred multiple times can damage the hairs under their feet, but they come back after they molt.

    Lol dream on! I'm loving the stripped legs on this beauty. :fingerscrossed: It's a female. Abdomen looked kind of small compared to the carapace ... which can be an indication that it's a male, but it could also just mean it's hungry. I'll fatten the T up and see. :D

    @Kwikvette Well my Avic. seems to have learned how to navigate the plastic walls of the enclosure without any problem. In fact, I don't think she's set foot on any of the natural climbing surfaces I spent minutes hours arranging for her. :annoyed:
