Looks like whatever was there is gone now, but if you’re talking about first gen tundras, they are super reliable and not too badly priced compared to a similar year Tacomas. The 4.7 liter V8 is a bitchin’ engine that will run for eons if basic maintenance is done.

You can usually find decent, lower mileage 2000-2002 model-year tundras for $6k-$8k all day. From what I’ve seen, A lot of them are usually 1-2 owner, stock trucks. They don’t seem to attract overlanders or other off-road enthusiasts like the Tacoma does. Hidden gem IMO.

Welp, as of today, it is mandatory to wear a face covering. Only thing I have is a PBR bandana, so that will have to do for now :rofl:

Pretty much all of the lakes are closed around where I live, but the Delta is still open thankfully. Always good fishing to be had there (but probably too far for you lol).

    :(

Nothing like closing the barn door after the horses have fled. BS. Thankfully, my go to streams are not in those counties. But no telling if others may join the fray.

The owner of the butcher shop I have frequented for over 20 years gave this to me yesterday as I was unaware Alameda County made it mandatory, as well. Had to have it to enter his establishment.

    She ain't stock anymore.

It feels so wrong walking into a store with a bandana over my face. It's like going into a store and not buying anything x100.

Just got a recorded message from the Alameda County Health Dept. As of today (I heard it was yesterday. Odd?), the 22nd, I am 'required' to wear a face covering of some type, that may include a bandana, or something similar, anytime I am on public transportation, or in an essential business. I don't have to wear it in my car, or outdoors, unless I am unable to keep a suitable social distance. Children under 12 are not subject to this order.

I had the sheriff called on me for checking on my boat that has been in a private marina all winter. It would have been a $2000 fine for me and my lady going out to the boat but I pay $4k a year for the membership.
