The TRD OR and Pro have an electronic boosted braking system that can control each wheel independently and automatically via electronics rather than mechanical vacuum boost. The parts are completely different.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but what brake fluid do you all prefer? I may as well flush the brake lines while doing the brakes.

I'm particular about using Brembo LCF 600 Plus Brake Fluid (that exceeds DOT 4 spec) in my GT500 and C7Z. My wife's 340ix gets ATE Original TYP 200 Racing Quality DOT 4 Brake Fluid. They all get driven faster and braked harder than my Tacoma, in which I usually go with whatever brand of DOT 3 or 4 is currently the best value.

Good to hear. I'll get some Dot 4 and call it a day.
    Thanks

I see this thread going and nobody answered my question. I did this update and went on a long trip long story short pads ran out and rotors got scratched. Nobody will touch those rotors in my area, I ended up resurfacing the old ones and installed them. Any thoughts? Are these discs disposable?

I gave my take offs to a local member and he had the same issue trying to find someone to resurface them. Seems most basic shops won’t surface anything but solid blank OEM style rotors.

Just did the upgrade. Now I need to bed the pads. So far they feel GREAT. Thanks @crashnburn80 for all the help.
On that note the stop tech brake lines were stiff and actually shorter than the stock lines. Had to remove them as the RH side was pulling hard before full droop. Going to get the @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc lines instead.

I had to ores mine independently from different sellers for different prices as well. If on Amazon I think it is just subject to who has it in stock for the lowest price.
