I think there was an HGTV show called curb appeal or something like that years back. He should hire them for a before and after. They could do a curtain thing, but instead of moving a van, they just take a curtain off his van. Put some shrubberies on there

 

Maybe do a episode of Trading spaces

That's a reasonable price, but make sure to bring him back well fed so as not to attack future customers

Friend of mine had a cat door on the door from her kitchen to backyard. Woke up one morning for work and went downstairs directly into her kitchen. Saw what she assumed were her two cats eating since kitchen was barely lit, grabber her coffee and went into another room. Heard a slight commotion and went back to her kitchen, this time turning some additional lights on. Was startled to see not her cats but a family of skunk in her kitchen eating the cat food. She slowly back into the stairwell in the kitchen and finished her coffee while she watched them devour the cat food. Perplexed as most might be she waited to see what would happen after the food was gone. Bowl now empty, the skunks walked out through the cat door as peacefully as they arrived. By that afternoon she had someone replace her door to one without the cat door.

I hear they make good pets too.
