You need something like this. A friend has a home made one and it takes a bout 10 seconds.

Well damn it you made order one, I found a cheaper one. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075R7WFHM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Now I need a decent pan to tear them up in. Nothing fancy but a second hand store or Salvation Army store would likely have one at the right price. There you go again Curt making me spend money, let go of my arm and stop twisting it!

I've seen some cheap pans at the Walmart... Super thin stainless steel.. initially I was thinking of my food safe buckets but that would tear the shit right out of those!

Does that make it shredded pork instead of pulled pork? Haha

I word of warning.... the 1st time my buddy used it he went a little overboard with the drill. He said it made most of the pork into mush. Pulse the drill, and in the end you may have to pull a few chunks by hand.
I've had his pulled pork many times, and it is good! So good that I don't make it, I just beg him for it.

Reading through the reviews for these things yes it actually does shred it and has a bit different texture than pulled. But most seem to love these things.

Just realized I have a huge stainless steel stock pot that I have boiled water in for years when camping. Perfect. Have a commercial steamer pan too but I use that for removing finishes on gunstocks and soaking oil out of them so I probably don't want to use that LOL.

5 gallon food grade bucket from the restaurant supply store works like a charm.

I needed some chopped brisket for an upcoming meal plan so I reheated the brisket by steaming on a rack in a pan covered with foil. Worked pretty good. Then I went to town with a cleaver, annoying my wife and all the animals :D I took a little over 1/2 cup of the water/rendered fat mixture and mixed it in with the brisket. Turned out pretty good I thought.

and just cause I love brisket...
