wtf, who is your insurance company? our hose is valued at $285k, but insured for replacement cost at ~$500k. We pay $1700/yr and another $200/yr for a umbrella policy.

 

I know there are a lot of factors when they price insurance. Like fire is one of the biggest threats to your house, so if you are rural, farther from a fire station, your house is statistically more likely to burn down. But I live in the city, I can see my closest fire station out of my office window.

 

Liberty Mutual. I do know we have some discounts built in, multi-policy and I get some discounts through my work too. Our replacement cost is prob right around 500k. And like I said, being in the city is cheaper I think.

 

don't worry, those cheap SC gas prices make up for it

i think we are going to switch soon, to try and reduce out monthly obligations even more. We are paying $253/mo for our two cars and the expensive home insurance to boot...i feel we are getting bent over on the whole deal.

 

DANG, I pay $91 a month for two cars. But they are cheaper cars than yours too. One of you have an accident on your record?

 

2950 SF in Cabarrus County, Concord City, NC. 2019 tax $3314.00, 2009 tax was $1241.00. major creep in the past several years, big jump in 2017

Insurance on the house is $1381.00

 

$4,300.00 for nearly 4000/sq ft.
$3,200 of that is for schools alone.

Home valuation is less than current market value.

 

2500 SqFt and we pay about the same in insurance (per SqFt). But my tax bill is almost $5k this year, thanks Meck Co.

 

yeah, my wreck back in Jan 2017, it was still $200/mo prior to that...the policy renews in June, so i'll know next month how much cheaper it will be.

Liking the T4R? Planning to pick one up for the wife this year, have not yet decided what year or if I want to get brand new or a couple years old. Will be looking for a OR Premium as well.

yup, all of it. it's part of the quote process.

 

I believe new electronics for 2020- unknown what changes.

Only wish for our 19 is electronic controlled liftgate- like every other SUV, but not a huge deal. Not planning to lift it- we opted for KDSS- which we love. Wife likes the sliding rear tray as well. Very useful for our needs.

More rear seat space and power than the Tacoma.

 

Don’t think taxes are gonna get better with all this free money they are handing out. Gotta get income somewhere.
