    Well I can move around but not without pain . I get on the floor from my recliner and crawl over to the wood stove to put wood in it . Just like last year the more I move around the better I am . But man the pain is deep in to the bone in my ass cheeks :eek: :rofl:

    I do not want to go near a Dr office or hospital now either . Obviously. Last year when this happened the neurosurgeon wouldn’t even take any images of my spine . Wanted me to do PT :mad: I do have degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my spine but with this pain it feels like a blown disc . :notsure: Just keep on trucking I guess .
