    Good thing I have GAP insurance I guess...

    Maybe I could swing swapping into a 2020 with 0% interest, might be able to break even

    You do realize that your future 2020 will also be a used car after purchase?
    How do you figure that you'll break even by losing out on two new car depreciations* + paying other fees tax & lic??

    (*from buying a new car and driving it off the lot NOT anything COVID Related which is the same regardless...)

    Considering GAP insurance only covers negative equity in the event of a total loss, I don't see how it's even relevant to this thread.
