My girl and I threw one together at the last minute last year. You need 2 t-shirts (or long sleeved in New England), baseball style with white down the middle and one with blue sleeves, one with red sleeves and those iron-on letters. On the blue one put "Almond Joy" on the front and "I have nuts" on the back (that's yours) and red one put "Mounds" on the front and "I don't" on the back (thats hers).

Corny I know, but it got a lot of laughs, it was cheap and we put it together the day of.

You could do Mario Kart. Its kind of a fun twist on Mario outfits. You take a cardboard box and make it a go cart that goes around your waist. I went to a halloween party as Luigi with my kart and people loved it. You could be Mario and your girl could be Princess peach. Just google "Mario Kart Halloween costume" and you'll see what I mean.
