    The LCA is built to hold the entire weight of your truck theoretically, It can handle the 150 pounds(if even) it takes to get the coil over in.

    Yeah, that's what I'm not looking forward to.

    I understand that but It's only designed to go so far each way. That's like hanging by your fingers as opposed to bending them all the way back. At least that's how I see it.

    No, nothing in particuliar, just an old guy not used to going to school. I'm doing good in all my classes, but I seem to be putting an awful lot of time into it. Last time I attended college (1973) I didn't take anything seriously. I ended up quitting after a month and going to work. Now I'm making up for lost time!

    You more than likel wont even have to touch the LCA. If you do, Like Adam said, Your not going to hurt it. Besides, theres not enough room in there for a spring compressor when installing the strut assembly.
