    Hello

Just took a look around my engine and found suspicious dry oil or grease ?
Do you think it can be the head gasket which leaks?

Sorry if you find me stupid for those questions but I'm not an expert

    Thanks for your help

I'd put just a little torque on the valve cover bolts.

Thanks for your help, I'll do that, but is it common? Or it is just the beginning of deeper problems ?

I can't say 100% sure what it is from just a picture. But it looks like a very minor weep from a valve cover gasket. Definitely not a serious problem. Even if it were to become a bigger leak....it only requires a new gasket to fix

Pretty standard valve cover gasket leak. Replace them both and move on with your life.

Valve cover gasket leak. As guy above said you can snug up the bolts and clean it up to see if it comes back. Don’t just willy nilly go to town. Use a torque wrench and look up the spec. It’s low. Those bolts/studs are soft!!

fyi, I recently fixed a leak there too. Toyota uses FIPG at that spot in addition to the gasket where the valve cover, head and timing cover meet. Probably got old and brittle and started leaking but it’s not a must fix. You won’t lose much oil from there. Just keep an eye on the level.
