$200K doesn't translate to $10K taxes. More like $5-6K. Not saying that level is any better, but when you live in a state that refuses to consider income taxes, bend over for property taxes.

And I'm with @Beretta4x4. $200K and no garage? F to the no...

So yesterday the Wife and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary.

Since #3 is the "leather" anniversary:

I got her a new custom handbag and she got me a new set of leather seats.......

Thanks, it's one of those bitter sweet deals, traded in the "Z" for it but couldn't pass up the deal. After trade, tax and other my out the door was just shy of 19k

Well pretty great - we got a new RAV with leather on wife's birthday in March - way things are going that might be our 35th anniversary present too! Working from home to keep America safe, except trips to Lowe's. Did some grading and got a shed put in - painting the outside today. Have a new greenhouse coming by Sunday, so it's prep the ground work up after painting. The house has decided I am an essential employee, but like everyone else, no hazard pay, and longer hours! LOL. My emojis just quit.....
Seriously, all are doing well and healthy - hope you both as well!
