    there is difference in price as well as backspacing, the XD's are 4.5 and PC are 4.75.

    Painted badges. Bedlined grille, wheels and lower valence. Billies 5100 @.85 up front. Dodger Jack Ball Mod. Custom trail damaged rear bumper (for the time being). Lil LED light bar on grill. Hard-wired Radar Det. Custom Projector fog lights, Anytime Fog Mod, HIDS, White LED accent lighting on a Single post double toggle swicht, so they light up wit my door/dome light, or always on, or never on. LED map and dome lights.
    second ones are nnicce, but so are the first ones, i would sport either of them :D.
    what kind of tires are u gona run

    The first ones are procomps, Im ganna be getting 17's on 285 duratracs.

    I think the PC's are $140 and the XD's are $180

    So there is quite a bit of price difference.
    Would a 1/4" difference in Backspacing really make a big difference?

    ^ it does, because even at 4.5"" BS, you're going to have to trim some fender well plastic and possibly chop your cab mount.

    Those are tight too. Just the right amount of machined area to go with the black.
