I've had five surgeries on my low back and two on my neck. Have also had surgery on my foot and elbow so I know what you're talking about. Just turned 51 so age is creeping in there as well to make things a little harder everyday. I've decided there's no need to leave a pretty corpse so just going to enjoy life as much as possible.

Surgery should always be the last resort. Problem with spine is that there's a point of no return as well. Waiting too long can result in incomplete resolution of symptoms. Waited too long to do my first cause I was only 19 at the time. Today I still cannot feel toes and forefoot on my left.

Since this is 2 times now in less than a year that my lower back went out I would really like an MRI to see what’s going on . Never had imaging of lumbar spine .

Definitely wouldn't hurt to get a scan to see what's going on.

I drank Jack Daniels, Wild Turkey, and Jim Beam for years. Then a friend told me to try this Bourbon, and I never looked back.5c78200e71c3137751427cf4_Elijah-Craig-Small-Batch-02a-p-1080.jpg

Take it from somebody that's been around the block a time or ten with back issues. Get the MRI done asap. If nothing else it will tell you what's going on in there. Hopefully it will be something that a good Neurosurgeon can fix without serious invasive surgery requiring screws and rods. Your #1 priority is to find a good Neurosurgeon, do not go to an orthopedic doctor for back problems. Good Luck with it, and I mean that seriously.
