What, get kicked out of the 40/50 thread, or drink the bourbon. I vote for drinking the bourbon.

I wish I had all the old aluminum ones that had the handle you pulled and it broke them up. Quite a smart invention in it's day. I watched a video once, where they gave some teenagers a rotary phone, and they couldn't figure out how it worked.

Well I finally did wise up and quit drinking the Bird, it would give you a god awful hang over. Now days, I don't drink at all, except on special occasions, like when NP, CS, JN, and AS, will finally take the eternal dirt nap. I'm saving a bottle just for them.

@lynyrd3 rd3 , @six5creed , putting of surgery on your back can sometimes be a good or bad thing, depending on what issues your having. I put mine off for 5 years, and when I finally left work because of the pain, my back was screwed up worse than it was in the beginning. I'll tell you this much, and I mean this, shop around and find a good Neurosurgeon, if you decide to have surgery. Spinal Fusion is like playing craps. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you get fucked. I would like to take a baseball bat to the Dr. that operated on me the first 2 times. I think he had a God Complex, and thought he could fix anything, when in reality he might have been a great surgeon, but he did a very shitty job on me. Really glad I didn't give him the option for surgery #3 and #4. In retrospect, I wish I'd have known about the 2nd doctor in the beginning. I sometimes think that I would have never had to have any other surgeries. Good luck to both of you, and try not to lift anything over 10 lbs if possible for a while. wear a back brace if you can, they do help to a certain degree.

I really wish the weather here in N.C. would make up it's mind what it's going to do. These up and down temps are really screwing up the fishing. I've been 3 times in the last couple of weeks, and haven't caught shit worth mentioning. I need a week of nice 70 degree weather. Time to do the Fishing Dance, and no I won't demonstrate how it's done.
