yes. As long as you’re a long bed and don’t have a tonneau cover. I have one that I’ll sell you cheap if you’re interested. I can’t use it because of my cover.

I use the pink spray stuff only. I spray the bike down first (low pressure) to get the mud/crud off, spray the MucOff and let it sit for 5, grab a clean microfiber cloth and wipe down, spray off. Looks good when done and all the crap is off.

This stuff. I get the big one (5L) for refills and a HD spray bottle.

Spring for the new damper. 2K and no full service is a LONG time. Learn how to do a lower service yourself, stupid easy. It also makes the fork feel wonderful every time. Takes like 15-30 minutes, and cheap. Started doing it every 250 miles or so, and it makes it feel like new.

I’m def gonna DIY. I get free service at my shop or I’d have been doing the LL service all along.

Are you talking the one you have in the picture? Thats not the mount I'm talking about. I'm talking this one so I dont have to flip the bulkhead cap or run the mount upside down.

Free service is hard to beat.

One of the first hiccups you will have is when you go to disassemble the fork. You need a camferless socket. Don't worry fox will gladly send you one of theirs for an exorbitant fee or you can make your own. To make your own, all you need is a grinder and to purchase the appropriate sized socket. From there, grind down the beveled edge (or camfer; whatever the hell that means). Does not take much time at all and will probably save you $30 and time.

The new damper is definitely pricey and most likely worth it. The push industries coil conversion cost the exact same. Neither one is a bad option but there are tradeoffs. Whatever you decide to do a simple overhaul will feel amazing.

I’ve got a socket I ground flat when I put my spacers in.

there isn’t really a “right side up” on these, but it’s not the one pictured, it’s the other one. I believe the one I have is harder to tamper with, but haven’t compared side to side

Moved my bike hooks to the corner of the garage and put together a mini bike shop where the bikes used to hang. The setup still needs a lot of work and re-org -- I'm building another custom workbench to mount the saw and replace the pre-fab tables on the left part of the L -- but, it's a 1000% improvement over my previous situation.

It's also 10 ft from my refrigerator, so... #winning :headbang:

You can see where the bikes used to hang in this shot of the workbench:

Ran my bike around the block this week and realized I needed a little love before the season starts. I just moved a few months back so it was a good excuse to get my own shop set up, and I had nothing else to do today after my work meeting. So I went to Home Depot to pick up the last of the needed supplies that I’ve been collecting since I moved.

Definitely feels organized and wifey said it’s “classy” so I don’t need to change it

still need to fix the cabinet doors and touch up the paint.

Trying out a new rack setup. The 1UP rooftop rack on CBI overland bars. My Niner is a large frame and barely sticks off the end of my short bed which I like. My one gripe is that you have to lean over the rear fender well to install/remove a bike. CBI does make a side mount though so I'm considering picking that up and putting bikes on the side.

I have mine on the side of the bed. Easy on/off. Rear door opens fine.

Anyone have recommendations on fork lube? I was gonna order ForkBoost but they’re sold out on Amazon.

Personally i've never used anything, but I suppose if you ride in harsh weather conditions it might not be a bad idea. My shop said just too keep them clean so thats all I've known lol
