Also here's some funny from the machine shop today. It must've been slow on day shift. 64B37566-EBB3-442F-9C59-3C74A2EEA041.jpg

It sure is quiet here today.

I was supposed to water various things today. It's getting near the end of the dry season. But we got 1 inch of rain today and that saved me from that chore.

l spent today relaxing and bumming around. It felt good doing nothing :)

I suppose most east coast guys are counting sheep by this point, west coasters will still be around.

I almost wish I didn't have an essential job so I could bum around, but without income, I'd be too stressed to enjoy the time off! :bananadead:

yeah, I'm 'essential' as well. Exhausted, we've been working overtime for a month now. I've had those moments too where I kinda wish I could have a week of Saturday's, but in the end, I'm thankful me and my peeps have been able to keep our households together. Not sure what the next several months will look like, as this economy has taken a real hit. Time will tell. We're giving raises to everyone who's stuck it out with us. Thankful is the word of the day.

In other news, I had a root canal yesterday. Made it over half a century without enduring that treat. Holy shite....i went 30 hours with no food or sleep. Got an endodontist to come into his office for the first time in over a week to do it with less than an hours notice, it was that bad. Went home and slept nearly 10 hours. I'm normally a 5 hour guy. Today I feel amazing. Gotta figure out how to sleep well consistently.

This weekend, carving dirt bike trails in the back 40....so the Tacoma will stay stock for another week!

Just straightened out the factory running boards, the passenger side got slid on a year ago in the AZ strip and skewed rearward. Those things are cheap in comparison to true armor! The tube was high-density plastic, and the mounts seemed very light for metal! Strong enough to save me from slapping the body though, somehow.
