    Haha thanks.

No Dice on the resistor. I've read lots of posts by Jimmy prior to joining. Very Informative!

The two that went through the cab look like .45 ACP. The other three are maybe 9mm or .40 S&W.

That feels so good to read!!

I think it was closer to the North. Truck was from Ukiah Area. Have you ever seen "Murder Mountain" on Netflix?

This feels like a solid divide and conquer scenario. It needs air, spark, and fuel. I would start by checking each of those - power to the maf, check for spark, and make sure you've got fuel pressure. Once you figure out which is missing, work backwards. In theory.

2013s are out of my depth though.

Sucks that it isn't the resistor. Have you checked for voltage at the resistor when cranking to help cut the circuit in half.

This is a stupid question but you have checked for no blown fuse for the fuel pump circuit right? Made sure the relay is working? You will have to isolate it systematically. The horn runs from the horns themselves throught the fuse box and ultimately to the horn button itself. You may want to pull off the horn itself and make sure that you are getting continuity between connector Z1 and S8 of the spiral cable assembly. If you are not then the horn will not work and it is common for the spiral cable assembly to fail on them. I would focus on the pump and the horn as those are the easier of the bunch to nail down quickly considering the bullet penetration locations and the fact that the circuits for those are entirely located on the opposite side of those round penetrations.

First Good News. I do have 12V at Resistor when cranking!

EFI Fuse >> EFI Relay Contacts >> C/OPN Relay Contacts >> Fuel Pump Relay Contact 4 or 5

Fuel Pump Relay Contact 4 >> Fuel Pump.
    or
Fuel Pump Relay Contact 5 >> Fuel Pump Resistor >> Fuel Pump.

C/OPN Relay Coil is energized by 15 amp IGN Fuse and grounded by the ECU.

EFI Relay Coil is energized by the ECU.

Forgot to add that the Fuel Pump Relay position is controlled by the ECU.

You did jumper across the connector for the resistor and tried to crank it. ( don't take this as an insult as I don't know how familiar you are with the circuit).

That seems to cut right to the root. The only thing between the pump and the resistor is wires and connectors.

Bad wiring ( power or ground ), an unplugged or defective connector, the fuel pump or the tank is empty.

I hope it is simple and you find it easily from here.

Yes I've checked ALL fuses. I've also swapped out EFI Relay, Horn relay, and C/OPN Relay with brand new relays. No Dice.

You are going to have to bust out the ohmeter and measure out resistance from one end of the harness to the other and do it systematically from junction connector to junction connector until you find the break, because if all that stuff is new and your resistor is all good but you don't have voltage supply to the pump by itself, then you definitely have a break somewhere in the harness.

I've previously dropped the tank and measured power at the plug. Specifically Blue and Black wires. It has 1/4 tank. The Trailer charge fuse constantly pops and I know that runs along the same conduit to the fuel pump. The two could be related. My trailer light plug is damaged though so possibly not.

So none of the rounds made it past the glove box, and the truck is unarmored?

I'm really dreading that. Tomorrows project. I'm going to dive right in.

That is correct. The round that went all the way through the blower fan assembly looks like it didn't even make it through the back of the glove box but you can see the mark it made. The other one was still inside the blower assembly. One round went through the headlight, bounced off of a rubber bracket and was lodged in the BACK of the radiator lol.

    Thank you very much!

So you are getting power to the fuel pump, but no fuel?

Seems a no brainer from there. No?

Perhaps I was not clear. No power at the pump when cranking. It did randomly start and idle for 3 or 4 seconds yesterday out of the blue.
