Well, I just got some SPCs, for their adjustability.
Also, because after thinking about what I really wanted out of my control arms and what they were for, lol.
As well as after reading an imperial sh!t-ton about them in the Suspension sub forum on this site and other sites, over the last number of months!

My take is most of the big name brands will not let you down, if you know what you are getting/getting into.
Lots of "good" brands are too much maintenance or too harsh for me/my needs.

So what I am saying is you must have fully boxed, electroplated ucas with chrome muffler bearings or you cannot drive on bare dirt at all, whatsoever... :)

But tbh, I am still just a noob at this stuff

Depends what you use your truck for. If you wheel rock crawling style you want to go with uniball for it's sheer pull out strength capabilities, or if you don't want to deal with potential squeaking which uniballs are SO notorious for, then get Total Chaos or Dirt King arms without the uniballs if possible direct from them and then retrofit some Icon Delta Joints which gives you high angle movement and sealing action like a ball joint, but has the strength of a uniball without the squeaking.

If you are on a budget go SPC or JBA.

The options are plenty, but those are the only 4 I recommend. Camburg is cool, and they have a 1.25" uniball, but the only problem with those is that you are very limited on your options as far as replacement joint options go and then you DEFINITELY would not be able to do a Delta Joint retrofit down the road on them.

Island Cruiser and whatstcp like this.
