    The price for my set of flanges is listed at the very top, I include runners. Cutting the runners and welding it is on you. The plenum must be purchased from the manufacturer [which I've listed], they include the mounting hardware.

    I am not offering to cut the runners or weld them.

    This is for turbo applications, that is dependent on your setup.
