Definitely! He was pretty close. I've watched it a few times and I'm surprised the tower didn't come down. Those guy-wires did their job for sure. Raw power! That flatbed driver at the very end is very lucky that pole didn't come down on the cab.

Definitely looks like it could have been worse, especially if that tree would have landed on your truck! Glad no one got hurt.

At least you have insurance and no bodily harm. It’s an inconvenience but once repaired it’ll be nicer than before !

I got a thousand doll hairs for you, I’ll just rob my daughters Barbie collection!

Too bad I ordered my SOS before you listed yours up for sale.

Yep, I forgot you had a 2nd gen. Once I get my SOS bumper on my 3rd gen, it will be setup just the way I like it for daily driving and offroading. Then it's on to my 2nd gen and totally making it over for offroad.

It’ll be fun to build the 2nd gen as a trail truck. Guess you son will be driving something different now?

Yeah, he decided on his uncle’s ‘08 Silverado, because he didn’t want to learn how to drive a stick shift! It’s pretty cherry too, unlike my scratched and dented 2nd gen!

my first truck was a Silverado and it treated me well.

he still needs to learn to drive a standard though, but I’m sure you will make him learn eventually.

He can drive one ok, he just needs more time behind the wheel driving it. Plus, all his friends have full size trucks so that’s what he really wanted.
