Color-Matched Tacoma Headlights

Hi,
I am interested in fully color matching my headlights on my Tacoma, but I want to see some pictures if it has been done before. I haven't seen any pictures of FULLY color-matched headlights, only like the bezels colored matched, or the very inner part of the headlights. If anyone has pictures of fully colored matched that would be great.

Something like this in my avatar? You could but you have to take headlights apart to paint the housing with your preferred color. Mine came like this.. I haven't done a thing to them.

You won't want to paint the whole thing unless you're putting projectors in them, you'll destroy the light output if you try and run a regular bulb in them after painting them.

 

Your avatar is kind of dark and hard to see, but they look great. I was planning on taking apart some aftermarket headlights and painting them (silver in my case) any maybe retrofitting them while I'm at it.

I really like your headlights, they look good! Thank you for your advice, I wasn't planning on painting the stock headlights, I was thinking about ordering some aftermarket ones with projectors to paint.
