    Glad to hear you had it fixed!

    Only the front differential was done up with an ARB. Here is the fitting, and they sent black lines with a crush sleeve:

    Front is 1.6 qts no matter the model if 4wd. Rear varies from 3.1-4.2 qt depending on model.

    Doh :facepalm:, good catch, I had the front and rear backwards. Funny thing is I have filled my front diff 4 times now and can never get over 1.4 qts due to the residual. thanks for catching. Updated

    Yeah from what I know you have to get a fluid extractor to get all the stuff out below the drain hole. The front is kind of a pain in the ass.

    Can confirm the rear takes 4.2 for the 8.75. Just did it last night! Only got in 4 though residual was hanging out.

    Fluid looked good for being the first change went with amsoil. Feel alot better after seeing it all.

    I was wondering if this amount of play is okay. Just regeared it to 4.88 and changed ECGS Bushing. Happened during installation of front diff.

    Some play is ok, but that looks like maybe a little much, but if it's not leaking diff fluid or clunking or making any weird noises while driving, it should be ok. Test it at slow speeds on uneven ground or go over some speed bumps diagonally.

    My unprofessional opinion!

    After installing the ECGS Bushing, is this still suppose to be happening? I heard from some members that it eliminated the play and the vibration.

    I don’t know. I personally didn’t have any play before or after the ECGS bushing.
    I was just stating that a tiny bit of play in a CV axle is ok.

    I'm interested in running 4.88's on stock-ish tires forever. Anyone could give me a ballpark of the RPM's and mpg compared to stock 3.90's?
    With 3.90's, it's 2,000 Rpm @ 80 mph.
