Well, I couldn’t help myself! This cabin fever is getting to me, so I am planning to do a day trip out to Fredonia in a couple weeks to look for meteorites.

Yes. 45-60 min i think. Let me know, id have a blast finding 1 meteor!

Fredonia is an out of the way place. Kanab sure has grown and is super touristy now!

We were in Kanab for Thanksgiving and so Fredonia stuck in my mind. Man, real estate is expensive there! I thought ours was bad. It’s Franconia that has the old meteorite strewn field. No, I’m a newbie with this too... but I did find a lot of meteorongs!

For three days three of us swung our machines for gold. We didn't find one crumb.....

Yes, it is worth getting out for the scenery, if nothing else!
