    I just read a few articles about Toyota eliminating the V8 in everything but a limited number of sports cars (Lexus) within the next three years.

    Tundra to get twin turbo V6,

    Hope you are right. I had a V6 Rav4 and it ran, and ran, and ran, and ran. Never burned a drop of oil. Transmission hung tough through 30,000 miles of towing.
