I just bought the 2 inch leveling kit from Rough Country and havent installed them yet. They literally came in 2 hours ago. But I'm still a bit of a noob and I'm wondering If it's a 2 inch lift then why are the blocks only 1 inch thick? This kit only lifts the front. But I cant wrap my head around this. Dont hurt me too bad lol.

It's geometry, it will push the struts down and the truck up. 2" is the result.

They are fine, many hate them here. But I would suggest to not install the diff spacer if it came with one. Read up on front diff drops and you'll consider it as well.

Its strictly the struts spacers only. I just wanted some more approach clearance and a better stance. Thanks

Consider ECGS bushing and an alignment too

I plan on the alignment directly after the installation but tell me more about this ecgs bushing. I've only been a Tacoma owner since January and I'm still learning

You can get a vibration from the angle after a lift on the needle bearing. There are a lot of posts on the forum about it. Just search ECGS Bushing after lift. Tons of info

Did you actually take a measurement of the rake you have 2” in the front and nothing in the rear may put you nose high.

I did measure it. The 2 inches will level it out perfectly
