    Older sequoias has their issues just like any other truck. If you keep up with maintenance they’ll last a long time. They are a great platform to build off of. Only thing is aftermarket support. MCM/ads have a nice kit for em. Some people sas too.

    Baja Kits +2 LT, Kings, 35" Falken AT3s, SUA
    IIRC, 1st gen sequoias and 1st gen tundras share the same front suspension components, so there’s plenty of aftermarket support for front suspension. Toytec and I believe OME also make rear coils, but 100 series land cruiser rear suspension also works on them which opens up lots of options

    Right! Sorry I was generally speaking- sliders/skids/bumpers as well. The market for those parts aren’t as popular/demanding as the other common Toyota trucks and suv’s

    Aftermarket sucks on 1st gen tundra/sequoia. Only skids are Skid Row, sliders are scarce but honestly not a big deal as leg mounts can be adjusted for weld ons. Bumpers are here and there but the most promising are ARB, Bruteforce (my favorite), Coastal Off-road DYI kit and Addicted Off-road. Not sure about rear bumpers for Sequoias though. If my wife didn’t have a 7 seater SUV I’d probably have gotten a Sequoia.

    Yup! Sequoia is still a solid platform. Just requires more custom fabricated stuff to make em worthy!
    The second gen sequoias are fairly the same. Not much support. Though they share same front suspension with the 2nd/3rd gen tundra the independent rear suspension sucks. The first gen Tacoma shocks are a similar eye to eye mount with fairly close travel specs. Springs would also be either from the LC or aftermarket such as Dobinson/arb etc.

    This is my buddies. Running icon 2.5 front coilovers, removed airbag and converted back to a dobinson lift spring. Waiting on some Tacoma shocks to get in.Sliders were made by milo along with his body chop mount.
