You and I have quite the difference of opinion on “so much room”

There were 2 people. One guy was cool, one guy was insane. The insane guy took forever to decide, so I just sold it to the cool one. Got 850. And another guy had given me 100 for the wheel. So id call it a win.

Don’t show them my messy garage!

Putting a fish/duck/bobtail fender on like @LMarshall73 has on his. Another member color matched it for me.

Instead of buying the bracket to put the tail light under the fender, which is “obsolete” and I am having some difficulty finding, at least in OEM, I’m going to install a box tail light on my sissy bar.

Trying to decide if I should get this: https://prismmotorcycles.com/products/568814f6c21b8690d5b40179?variant=2761032892445, which is American made by a really cool company in Charlotte that I have even visited a few times, or a cheap foreign made knockoff that is 1/3 of the price. The other issue is the Prism Supply lights are sold out and I want to get it buttoned back up now!

    TL;DR: #chopcult

Don’t show them my messy shed!

It’s totally fucked but I think I’ll take a crack at rebuilding it.

At first yes. Then i told him the cool guy gave me a deposit (when he didnt). Then he freaked out and blew up my phone. I mean he was asking questions and such, but so did everyone.

Insane guy was trying to get it for 700. I was going to settle, and then cool guy offered 850. Insane guy also tried to get me to share cool guys number, so he could buy it for $1k. But its not my fault or problem if insane guy took 5+ hours and I sold it to someone else. Cool guy asked for my address this morning. Took him an hour to get here, and i was in contact the whole time.

    Ha!

Update: bought the premium American-made light after David pointed out the knockoffs were twice as thick, in a bad way.

A couple of weeks ago I bought some used H-D saddlebags off of eBay. The bike they came off of had been laid down, so there is some rash to one but nothing too terrible. MSRP is $599 and I got them for $80. Since they contour around the shocks I needed spacers, so I went ahead and got docking hardware and detachable side plates for the sissybar. speaking of, I wanted a taller sissybar to secure my bags for trips and found a 20 incher that matches the H-D contour. Anyway, enough bullshit. Here's the pics.20200425_163756.jpg 20200425_163642.jpg

You rebuilding that three wheeler might inspire me to rebuild mine. I have an early 80s ATC too.

Those bags are a hell of a find! Sissy bar looks good on there too.

I’ve really got nothing to lose. Mig as well try it while I’ve got some down time! I haven’t ridden a 3 wheeler in forever. I want to get it running just so I can ride it to the 7-11 that’s a couple blocks from my house.
