    I don't think the LCA bushing would really be moving too much right there. I'd try disconnecting the UCA ball joint from the knuckle and isolate what the UCA is doing first. A lot easier than changing the LCA's, and a good place to look at first.

    Maybe that uniball is toast

    Also, with that kind of noise, if you can get someone else to move the truck like you're doing, just put your hand on the uniball, UCA arm bushings, and work your way around. You should be able to feel that vibration/sqeak noise by hand to see where it's coming from.
